Mental Health is a state of well-being in which a person understands his or her own
abilities, is able to cope with the normal stresses of life, work productively and make
a contribution to his or her community. However, there is also a darker side which
many people face daily; ranging from depression, Bipolar disorder, anxiety, anorexia and more.
This book explores the many ways a person can suffer mentally and how one can
overcome these issues. This will also include not only ample information I have
gathered on the subject of mental health but some stories from people who have
experienced these things and seasoned professionals.
